Order Info

When items from our collection are ordered, production sample would be
provided within 10 days. For new developments as per client's designs we
need 15 days to make production samples.  The samples would be sent through TNT/DHL/ICC courier service.

Minimum order quantity depends on value / size of the item. Delivery period
varies from 30 to 90 days depending on the order quantity.

Payment terms are by "At Sight-Irrevocable Letter of Credit" or 40% advance against Proforma Invoice and balance DP at Sight basis.

Rates are on F.O.B. Chennai (Madras) for Sea shipment or Bangalore Airport
for Air shipment. C.I.F. rates will be provided upon request.

The items are offered in Consumer Pack, that is transparent, tamper proof
pack with importer's brand label and barcode stickers.  Suitable quantity would
be packed in a Master corrugated board carton.

Bulk pack items goes into Inner corrugated board carton / air bubble pouch. Suitable quantity would be packed in a Master corrugated board carton.

Marking / Labeling will be done as per customers specifications.
